This section includes information about you that will be shared with the public and with TourSleeper users. This Artist Profile information will be shared if you promote tour lodging dates on TourSleeper or if you choose to make this information public without a tour.
Upload a photo from your computer, or take one with your webcam. Choose a photo that clearly shows your face. This will help fans recognize you when they welcome you into their home.
Enter as many of your artist websites and links as possible so fans can connect with you.

Choose the method that TourSleeper will pay you. Once you set up a tour, you can offer fans special merchandise packages that they can order and you can personally deliver when you stay with them. TourSleeper will collect the payment from the fan when they place an order so you don't have to collect the money from them.
Your payout will be the list price of the special merchandise you deliver minus a 10% TourSleeper fee. For PayPal, the payment will be sent to you within 48 hours of your lodging dates. For mail, we will send you a check on the 1st of each month.

Please contact TourSleeper if you need to turn off an active tour with pending or accepted invitations.
Once the artist tour lodging dates and merchandise are entered and published, fans will be able to send you invitations for your review. It is up to you, the artist, to review and accept or decline a fan invitation.
The artist can set the maximum number of fan invitations to receive per lodging date.
Upon accepting a fan's lodging invitation, all remaining pending invitations will be declined. A generic decline message will be sent to the fan(s) thanking them for their invitation and the artist can edit the message if desired.

For each fan invitation, click on View Invitation to see the fan home info and special merchandise that the fan has ordered. Click on the fan 's name to see their bio info and any previous artist reviews received.
The artist can Communicate With Fan through the TourSleeper Inbox if the artist has any questions about the pending fan invitation. Only the artist can initiate communications if a fan invitation is pending.
The artist can report a problem with a fan invitation. The artist will be asked to describe the problem and the message will be sent to TourSleeper for resolution
Accepting Invitation:
Once the artist accepts an invitation, any remaining pending invitations will be declined. A generic decline message will be sent to the fan thanking them for their invitation and the artist can edit the message if desired.
For the accepted invitation, the artist and fan will be able to communicate with each other through the TourSleeper Inbox.

Communication is essential. Before your stay, use the TourSleeper Inbox messaging system to coordinate check-in and checkout times, make plans for the house key exchange, and ask any other questions. This ensures all your information is saved in one place for easy reference, giving you and TourSleeper a clear reference should an issue arise.
In addition, confirm your contact information and arrival details so you can reach each other in case plans change. Make sure to let each other know if you'll be without access to a phone or the Internet.
It is up to you, the artist, to be prepared to deliver the special merchandise ordered by the fan upon your arrival at the fan's home.
